Hind Syntex Ltd., a Synthetic Spinning Unit was set up in 1983 to manufacture Polyester/Viscose and 100% Viscose Electronically cleared, Spliced Autoconed, TFO and Non-TFO, Blended Yarn both Raw White and Dyed, at Village Birgod, District Dewas, M.P., India, with initial complement of 19200 Spindles, and in two years time it became the leading manufacturer of high quality Blended Yarn in India. The capacity of Spinning Unit was increased and at present it has 28,800 spindles running entirely on Dyed Yarn.
The Company is ISO 9002 certified by Bureau of Indian Standards.
The company has also setup a new Synthetic Spinning Unit, Hind Spinners (Div. of Hind Syntex) with an initial complement of 28320 Spindles at Pillukhedi, near Bhopal, M.P. India, to manufacture Polyester/ Viscose/ 100% Polyester and 100% Viscose electronically cleared, Spliced Auto Coned Raw White in 1991. 8448 new Spindles have been added to this unit in the year 1998 making at total of 36768 spindle in this unit.

Hind Filters Limited, setup a Cigarette Filter manufacturing unit, in 1974 at Dewas, (M.P.) India. the Company manufactures  Acetate Filter Rods in regular, slim and ultra slim sizes with various porosity, Flavoured Filter Rods (Menthol, Vanilla, Strawberry, Raspberry, Lemon, Sourplum, Pear, Apple etc.) for all the major brands of Cigarettes in India.  The leading Cigarette Companies i.e. ITC Ltd., GPI Ltd. buy their substantial requirements from the Company. The Company is a regular exporter of Filter Rods to Middle East and South East Asia. Production of Dual Filters & recessed Filters will begin for these markets in March 2008.

Dewas Soya Ltd. commenced commercial production on 1st January, 1995 in its Soyabean Extraction Plant of 900 MT per day capacity, at Dewas (M.P.), India. The capacity of  refinery is 140 MT per day. The company has been awarded Export House status by Government of India and exports soyameal. Since inception the company has consistently been one of the top Soyabean Processors of the country and its Soyameal is in strong demand in both domestic and international markets. The company has introduced Refined Cooking Oil under the brand name "Sfurti". The company has launched hipro & dehulled hipro soyameal in the international markets in 2004 - 2005. The company has also setup capacity of 150 TPD to manufacture Soy Flour/Soy Grits/ Soy TVP in 2005 & is in the process of starting manufacture of Soy Protein concentrates/isolates.
